Materials (Stock Items) used for a particular Job

The Materials Used screen lists all the materials that you used on the job. The main reason to enter the stock items in this screen is so that you can accurately compare what you quoted for the job against what you actually used for the job. The Job Summary screen lists the comparison. You can copy the stock items that you entered when you built your quote and then you can modify the list to suit. Add and remove stock item, and adjust the quantities to give an accurate picture of what was used on the Job. The Stock Selection screen can also be used to select your stock items.
