The Accounting Screens

The Accounting Menu screen allows you to navigate to various parts of your accounting details. You need to create a budget first (it comes installed with an example budget). This need only be done once per year (copied from the previous year) and adjusted if necessary. The Actual tab gives access to the Expenses, Sundry Items, Capital Expenditure, and Direct Labour screens.

The Expenses screen allows you to enter all your company expenses.

The Cashbook combines all the entries from the various accounting screens - including receipts.
