In IDG-Trade, a lot of effort has been made to supply as much online help as possible at the press of a button. You can press the Help button (or press F1) on any screen for help pertaining to that screen. We strongly encourage customers to do this first before contacting support. Updates to IDG-Trade

You are not required to download this fix if you have downloaded the full version after 19th September 2007.

This update fixes the problem that was preventing IDG-Trade being opened for some customers. The problem has mainly affected customers in countries that do not have the DD/MM/YY date format. This was also causing a problem when printing some reports.


Country Specific Issues

IDG-Trade is able to be used in many countries. However, we do not profess to know all the peculiarities about each country (eg. tax requirements, specific details required by law to be on certain reports etc). Please write to us about any worries or problems and we will see if we can help you. We welcome your input with country or state specific suggestions. If we can, we will gladly incorporate your suggestions in our product.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase of IDG-Trade. If you are not happy with IDG-Trade within your first month of ownership, we will refund the full UK price of the software (which will be converted to the currency of your credit card). Upon refund, you will be required to remove the software from your computer as after this point, it will be illegal to use the registered version.
